Reproductive and developmental toxicity test

The reproductive toxicity research test is provided with TOX IVOS II - sperm analyzers, E200MV biological microscope (NIKON), bio-rad microplate readers, AB5500 LC-MS/MS, stereomicroscope, JLBehv-LAR-4 spontaneous activity instruments, Zhongshidichuang shuttle dark avoidance experiment video analysis systems and other reproductive toxicity research related instruments, which can be implemented according to drug characteristics and customer needs for evaluation of reproductive and developmental toxicity of drugs under GLP conditions according to ICH, NMPA and FDA regulations and technical requirements.

(1) RX04 intragastric administration of SD rat embryo fetal development toxicity with toxicokinetic test (SD rat segment II);

(2) Toxicity of fertility and early embryonic development in SD rats by intragastric administration of RX04 with toxicokinetic test (section I);

(3) 17 valent recombinant human papillomavirus vaccine (Hansen's yeast) SD rats intramuscularly injected embryo fetal developmental toxicity and perinatal toxicity test (combined Stage II and III);

(4) S6 rat fertility and early embryonic development toxicity test;

(5) S6 embryo fetal developmental toxicity test (stage I);

(6) S6 rat perinatal toxicity test (Section III); Intragastric administration of fluloprazil (DC20) to New Zealand rabbits embryo fetal developmental toxicity with toxicokinetic test (Paragraph II).
