Topgene Wuhan Branch

Topgene Wuhan Branch, was established in November 2015. The branch has a workforce where master's degree graduates and those with doctoral degrees or above account for 30%, senior professional titles account for 20%, and intermediate professional titles account for 10%. The company has constructed a GLP laboratory covering approximately 10,000㎡. The laboratory is managed in accordance with the GLP standards of OECD, FDA, and NMPA, and adheres to the international experimental animal welfare guidelines of AAALAC. With professional, modern, and international construction standards, the company is dedicated to building a domestically and internationally reputable preclinical safety evaluation institution, and providing accurate and reliable technical services such as pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, toxicokinetics and bioanalysis with safety evaluation services as the core for excellent pharmaceutical enterprises and drug research and development institutions. The company offers comprehensive one-stop services for drug development, preclinical safety evaluation, clinical trials, and new drug registration for its clients. Experimental Animals

The Experimental Animal Feeding and Observation Room covers an area of 3000㎡. It mainly includes 800㎡ of rodent SPF experimental animal barrier system, 200㎡ of rodent conventional experimental and observation rooms, 1000㎡ of conventional experimental and observation rooms for non-rodent beagle dogs, and 1000㎡ of conventional experimental and observation rooms for non-human primates. In accordance with China's Regulations on the Management of Experimental Animals and the United States' Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, the IACUC is responsible for supervising animals’care and use. Regular inspections, standardized procedures, and training implementation are conducted to ensure professional standards and a high level of animal welfare.
