The Safety Pharmacology team can provide nonclinical safety pharmacology studies of drugs under GLP conditions that meet the regulatory requirements of ICH, NMPA, and FDA. The laboratory is equipped with a DSI telemetry system for physiological signal monitoring in conscious animals, an EMKA telemetry system, an MP150 multichannel physiological recorder, a JLBehv-LAR-4 locomotor activity apparatus, an HV-4 isolated organ constant temperature perfusion system, a ZRY-2D intelligent pyrogen tester, a ZB-200 fatigue rotarod apparatus, a ZH-300B rat rotarod fatigue apparatus, an RB-200 intelligent hot plate apparatus, a Zhongshi Dichuang shuttle box/step-through test video analysis system, a YY-III anesthesia machine, and an iM8B VET veterinary multiparameter monitor.
