Available drug dosing routes include intravenous (iv), oral (po), and subcutaneous (sc) administration. Animal's tissue sampling of fat, muscle, and liver are regularly collected for analysis.

Animal's body weight, BMl, and food intake are monitored.

Changes in muscle and adipose tissue can be further evaluated through DEXA scanning and CT imaging, offering comprehensive analysis of body composition and metabolic alterations.
