Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated SteatoHepatitis(MASH)

Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD)

Liver fibrosis and steatosis can be rapidly induced by administering a high-fat diet combined with subcutaneous CCl4 injections, or gradually induced through long-term high-fat feeding alone.

NHP Models of Metabolic

•MRl is used to periodically assess hepatic fat content (PDFF) and liver fibrosis (EcV), while scheduled liver biopsies with histological staining are performed to monitor the progression and severity of fatty liver.
Recapitulates progressive stages from steatosis to fibrosis, meeting diverse research needs.
